Virtual Concert with Whitburn Band and Mike Lovatt

Whitburn Band is delighted to announce we will perform a ‘virtual concert’ with trumpet legend Mike Lovatt. The band has recorded eight pieces while in lockdown including two with Mike Lovatt, a soloist with the BBC Big Band and John Wilson Orchestra. The whole concert is free and will be broadcast on our YouTube Channel on Saturday, June 27th at 7:30pm so you can enjoy the music from the safety of your home. The event is the centrepiece of our 150th anniversary year celebrations.
